- Preparing the monthly monitoring report of Batch Plants and Third Part Civil Testing Laboratories and submit to BP&CTU
- Perform system walk-through to generate punch list (EIL) or 'work to complete' list identifying as much as possible all incomplete works and monitor the list through MPCS (Mechanical performance and close out system)
- Coordination with affiliate discipline representative and contractor personnel to make the job easy for execution
- Conduct meeting with contractor’s construction personnel to find out the reasons for the delays and resolve issues
- Civil punch list preparation and closing punch list after completion
- Supervise & carry out effective implementation of work schedule to clear punch list
