- 6” SEAMLESS PIPE PLANT AT MANGAON, RAIGAD MAHARASHTRA PIERCER ROLLING MILL, 480 AND 300 SRM (STRETCH REDUCING MILL), BATCH SAWMILL.
- Responsible and total technical knowledge in pipe rolling engineering and mill maintenance with strong and Confident engineering skills.
- Preparing project/modification documentation & implementation activity.
- Assist in the development & implementation in procedures, PM’s and LOTO.
- Successfully erected the 16 cassettes Gear Box with alignment, also successfully alignment done under 20 microns for 110 kw motors (15 nos) and 15 stands C- frame.
- Fabrication and installation of SRM stand changing car mechanism done.
- Gearbox, main motor erected with correct alignment within specified tolerances as per standards procedures.
- Fabrication work is completed for the Piercer outlet Base Frame due to, Initial bed length 8mtrs for 6.8mtrs shell in length And now new bed [10.3mtrs] has been fabricated as per planned 9.5 meters in shell length.
- Fabrication work is completed for inlet and outlet Skids, Dog Chain conveyor, Roll Conveyor, Billet Punching stand (for billet dia. 160 mm to 200 mm) and Cylinder table from Rotary Hearth Furnace Discharge to Piercer Inlet Table.
- Erection activities like Positioning, Levelling, Alignment, Grouting and Pipeline completed.
- As per project matrix plan every scheduled work with respect to time have been completed within range or before time.
- Successfully erected and commissioned SRM (stretch reducing mill) 480 10 stand & 300 15 stands.
- Planned, Erected and commissioned of billet cutting machine for 160 to 200 billet dia. Also, fabrication work of skid, kick out, conveyor and movable stopper completed for different size length cutting.
- Also erected and commissioned of BATCH SAW inlet and outlet conveyor, skid, gauge stopper for different size length of pipe.
- 14” SEAMLESS PIPE PLANT AT NAGOTHANE RAIGAD MAHARASHTRA EXPANDER MILL, VARNISH MILL, FACER MILL.
- Designed the new expander mill for produce the 15’’ to 20’’ seamless pipe, also its fabrication work is completed and cylinder mounting, clamp work is in under process.
- Designed the chain and chain sprocket of 300 mm pitch for varnish mill, its block fabrication work completed for fitment the sprocket.
- Also, fabrication work of skid is completed, and inlet outlet chain conveyor work is in under processing
- Successfully erected the new facer m/c 1 & 2 for 6.58’’ (in inches) to 20’’ (in inches) with alignment. Both m/c erected in same level and installed walking beam for transfer the pipe.
- Successfully erected the gear box (1:23) and its operating motor of 55 kw with well alignment within 20 microns for operate the walking beam.
