- Operating & testing of All kind of Submarine Cables landing station test equipment’s Like 10/100G capacity tester for 10G/100G,10GbE,100GbE,10G /100G LAN/WAN BERT /OTN/STM-64 Circuit testing and Anritsu COTDR, OTDR ,OSA and Power Meters EXFO OTDR, FTB-Pro 10/100G capacity tester Equipment EXFO FTB FTB-200, FTB-500, EXFO OSA, EXFO OTDR, Tinsley 5941A electroding Generator, Power meter, Variable attenuator and FLUKE Megger.
- Coordination with Submarine cable repair ship and relevant NOC during Submarine cable fault situation.
- During fault condition Act as Power Safety Officer (PSO)to Maintain and Operate Power up and Power down the PFE.
- Quick fault analysis management and restore the link during the link fault.
- During Submarine cable fault condition act as a PSO
- Exchanging PSM between submarine cable repair ship and NOC
- New 10/100G/OTU4 capacity circuit OTN circuits end to end and path troubleshooting and testing
- DCN, ADCN link troubleshooting and testing
- Daily Cable station report creation and circulate to Management
- BERT stability testing all 10/100G/OTU4 capacity link and generate the test result report
- Maintain up to dated Working and restoration links database
- Activation and Deactivation all 10/100G/OTU4 capacity link and OTN as per received information.
