  • Create a 3D model for the main tower, which has 62 stories and 7 basements, and the adjacent residential tower, which has 40 stories, using ETABS.

  • P-delta analysis for the model has been performed to check the adequacy of the building.
  • Performed wind and seismic analysis on the model to check the stability of the structure.
  • Initial sizing for all structures by using PCA software.
