I have a diversified experience of projects related to Risk Based Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, External Quality Assurance Review, Risk Based Regulatory Supervision, Regulatory Inspections, Policies and Procedures Development, IFRS 9, BASEL III Capital Adequacy, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-fraud and External Audit.

• Developing and implementing audit strategies and annual plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and governance practices;

• Screening and hiring of adequate resources, on-the-job training and professional development of staff.
• Developing service offering documents and go to market strategy for various solutions.
• Perform business development activities including lead identification, proposal development, building client relationship, cross-selling, on-boarding SMEs from different offices to deliver the right mix to the client;
