I participated in a successful project for the production of TATRA trucks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, collaborating between TATRA TRUCKS a.s. (Czech Republic) and the Military Industries Corporation (MIC) in Saudi Arabia, where I worked as a CNC Technologist. As an experienced Metal Technician with a strong background in CNC programming, setup, and operation, I possess skills in precision manufacturing, technology selection, and quality assurance. I excel at optimizing machining processes and enhancing production efficiency.

Main Responsibilities Within the Project and Subsequent Full-Time Employment with MIC:

• Programming and setting up CNC machines for precise metal fabrication.
• Selection of the appropriate manufacturing technologies and tools to support efficient production.
• Operation of CNC equipment, with a strong commitment to maintaining product quality standards.
• Identify and implement suitable solutions to any problems that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Used Microsoft Office and Windows OS to prepare documentation and support team collaboration.
• Creation of 3D models, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings using Siemens NX CAD.
• Use Teamcenter software for effective product lifecycle management and data integration.
• Training employees in the programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines.

After expanding production to include protecting glass manufacturing, I played a crucial role in implementing operations on newly purchased machinery.

• Programming and setting up CNC machines for machining (grinding) glass products.
• Selection of the appropriate production technologies and tools to ensure efficient production.
• Operation of CNC glass grinding equipment, taking responsibility for maintaining product quality standards.
• Creation of the new clamping and auxiliary fixtures in NX CAD, followed by their production.
• Working to eliminate production deficiencies, and achieving product quality in accordance with customer requirements.

I worked for STS Vikýřovice as the operator of CNC machines, responsible for producing parts on conventional machines like lathes and milling machines, and I worked as a CNC machine programmer

• I worked in CNC systems: Fanuc Oi-TC, Oi-MC, Sinumerik 810/840D.
• Skills in working on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining centers and 2, 3, 4, and 6-axial CNC lathes.
