• Monitor and record reports of the quality and safety team and recommend corrective actions and penalty recommendations to administrations.
• Directly Supervise Service Representatives in conducting airside operations, aircraft cleaning, ground safety, and flight schedules.
• Direct the ramp personnel to follow the safety and security rules/ regulations in the ramp area.
• Supervise Ramp Coordinators in assigning groups to clean aircraft and make sure that all services are in line with the requirements needed by the customer airlines.
• Supervises and supports the smooth and efficient handling of all flights during duty hours.
• Conduct aircraft servicing random checking and report all findings for immediate corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Direct Supervision of all Service Reps and Operation Assistants in rendering required services to customer airlines.
• Conduct induction and supervise on-the-job training implemented for all new hires.
• Prepare Supervisor daily reports and turn-over of shift highlights to the next Supervisor on duty.
