• Implementation of HSE management system.
• Preparing, Reviewing, and implementation of HSE Plan and procedure as per Job and client requirements
• Conducting training programs for workers on safety-related matters to make sure they are aware of regulations and procedures.
• Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessment and (JSA).
• Daily Inspections of ongoing work activities at the site
• Conducting Inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards.
• Daily Unsafe Observations and letters are given to the sub-contractor for rectification.
