- Work on the Oracle NetSuite system and record invoices, receipts, new customers, payments, etc.
- Preparing the sales orders, making new invoices, preparing payments for customers, checking statements of accounts, reviewing letters of credit, and A/R aging reports.
- Preparing daily payments, journal entries, and journal ledger, keeping track of all payments and expenses, such as payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, and so forth, and paying employees through preparing paychecks and verifying expense reports.
- Recording landed/ transportation cost, the goods receipt note (GRN) numbers, and classifying VAT at billing, Record, and renewing petty cash for HR, Purchases, and drivers (Expense report).
- Work with the chief accountant in the general accounts - banking review, enter vendor prepayment, reconcile medical insurance (Al-tawuniya), match Al-tawuniya statement of account with Al-Tayseer company statement of account.
