• I lead the BCM unit within the Business Resilience Department, overseeing the full BCM cycle—from roadmap planning and documentation to KPI tracking and audit compliance.
• Generated all business resilience procedures with their associated process manuals to be used by the concerned stakeholders.
• Led the "Vendor Continuity Assessment" project with the contracts department where we identified the most critical vendors, assessed their business continuity capabilities and applied risk assessment methods.
• Worked with the learning and development team on creating and publishing an E-learning material for all the new joiners as part of the training and awareness program.
• Led the automation project by searching the market for state of the art solution to suit our business resilience program needs and can accommodate our different stakeholders, got comprehensive training as a system admin and worked on migrating the existing data to the new tool.
• Led internal awareness campaigns about disaster readiness, increased overall resilience and preparation levels across the team.

As business continuity department at Tawuniya is in the process of reestablishment, my role since joining was to work with the BCM manager to:

• Gather requirements, evaluate current BCM status and conduct gap analysis against SAMA framework and NCA regulations.
• Conduct thorough sessions and discussions with a list of consultation companies in order to shortlist the most suitable to our needs.
• Review and evaluate market products for automation tools to support the BCM Programme.
• Prepare a roadmap for the business continuity program to be inline with SAMA Framework & ISO 22301.

• Develop, maintain, and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses BIA, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures
• Develop Business Continuity Plans BCP for the Bank's different divisions after taking results from the BIA, Test the BCPs annually on site, record and report results for continuous improvement
• Working on the migration to a new business continuity tool since the startup meeting with the vendor on September 2018, responsible for system configurations with the vendor, part of the user acceptance testing team, and one of the key members in training BCTLs and BCTLB on the new system

My main tasks as an operations coordinator are to:

• Worked with project engineers on budgets, reviewed the business case of projects and variation orders to supply material accordingly.
• Negotiated Contracts for projects' material with and average number of 50 local and 30 international suppliers to minimize costs to the company and customers.
• Evaluated operational records and made scheduling adjustments to maximize efficiency. i.e. adjusting the relocation of technicians among projects and the delivery of material.
• Prepared weekly and monthly project status updates to keep staff up-to-date on program changes and task requirements. As well as analyzing stock movement for the trading department.

• Handled troubleshooting tasks related to the components for Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and Audio Visual devices.
• Assisted faculty members and university staff and gave recommendations on how to handle system problems at their offices on campus.
• Conducted the interviewing and hiring process for in-campus technicians when needed.
• Delivered periodic training sessions for telecommunication technicians.
• Led the telecommunications team in all university main events, both internal and external.
• Oversaw all process checks to ensure that they were done properly and at the correct frequency.
