- Developing portal platform from scratch (full stack both front-end & back-end). For providing convenient access to the system services, enabling the monitoring of health checks for all services and retrieval of technical logs without the need for direct access to the database, ensuring the prevention of erroneous queries that could potentially impact the database performance.

- Managing the required changes for SAMA observations and assessments. Also, reported production issues that are affecting the targeted system behaviors by analyzing, testing, addressing, and monitoring the progress cycle to the responsible teams.

- Worked on API management, using Tyk platform to integrate services from core layer to Tyk dashboard along with the required mechanisms.

- Creating a new APIs from scratch based on business requirements.

- Developing an encryption/decryption services and libraries(plugins), to be used in Tyk (such as RSA & AES).

- Starting an initiative to build the documentations culture for complicated processes.

- Supporting Marketing/Data team by creating real-time scenarios (on Kafka) for engaging with customers during specific actions and events.

- Starting an enhancing clarity process to address the issues to the end users for smooth and easy experience.

- Investigate and analyze technical cases, then find permanent solutions/enhancements to address the issues.

- Supporting Marketing team with daily requests for Push notifications and SMS.
