• Requirements Gathering: Collaborated with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document detailed system requirements for LIMS implementation and improvements.
• Standards Documentation: Authored the necessary laboratory standards for system compliance, including CBAHI, CAP (College of American Pathologists), and ISO standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality assurance guidelines.
