Lead, train, and evaluate physiotherapy staff to maintain professional development and performance.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop patient treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for patients and departmental activities.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hospital policies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental audits.

Manage departmental resources, including equipment and scheduling.

Provide clinical guidance and support for complex patient cases.

Involved in hiring process, selecting highly qualified therapists.

Providing Assessment, Diagnosis, treatment plans for patients in out-patient clinic With Musculoskeletal disorders, Neurological Conditions, and sport injuries.

Treat up 14 to 18 Cases Daily in out-patient clinic.

Handling inpatient cases between 30-45 sessions and Documenting patient PT notes, patient progress and discharge plan.

covering Friday in-patient On calls if needed.

Providing Assessment and treatment plan for Patients with disabilities.

Teaching and evaluating Intern students.

Providing sessions for sport injuries patients. Got training on modern physiotherapy devices such as Shock wave, Cryo ultrasound and Isokinetic

Got Internship training on variety of Cases in KFSH&RC such as Outpatient MSK, Cardiac ICU, ICU and Pediatric ICU, Oncology, Neurological Conditions.

Got Training on Neurological Conditions Such as CVA conditions, Spinal cord injuries and Neuro outpatient.

Got Internship training on Sport injuries and MSK conditions.
