After completing Electrical Engineering Diploma in 2006 I started my career as a Service Engineer with Hindustan Computers Limited in India, then I changed my career as Construction Electrical Engineer with Oceanus Construction in India.
I joined Al Muhaidib Construction a leading construction company in KSA since 2009 as an Assistant Electrical Engineer . In 2012 company promoted me as Electrical Engineer.
In 2017 I moved to Al Muhaidib and Abdul Latif Jameel joint venture Facilities Management Company Muheel in Saudi Arabia as Assistant Facilities Manager.
Plan, schedule , implements hard and soft services activities & control the use of materials
Ensure PPM & reactive maintenance have been completed on time
Maintain long term working relationship with client
Ensures that all necessary materials , supplies and equipment are available by maintaining an inventory
Responds to users and volunteers group regarding facility issues , field conditions or other problem .
Analyzes monthly operating cost and makes recommendation for head of operation
Prepare monthly reports for client and CRM ( contract review meeting ) for higher management
Control the monthly cost based on the budget and ensure to maintain gross profit on P&L
Implementing innovative ideas to the business & providing continues improvement to client
Ordering various materials as per the approved material submittals and drawings
Arraigning inspections for all materials and installation , interaction with consultant for approvals
Coordinating and close monitoring the given job on day to day basis with supervisors
Attending meeting with project managers and consultant , controlling manpower and material waste
Checking subcontractor invoices
Prepare testing and commissioning documents , conducting T&C with client and consultant
Prepare assault and O&M manual
Maintain effective work relationship with client , consultant and other staff
