· Use web-based software BIM360 Document management and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to manage the uploading and downloading of document, submittals, drawings, models etc.

· Ensure drawings are issued and filed in an appropriate manner.

· Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.

· Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager.

· Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.

· Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.

· Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.

· Working with clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints.

· Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

· Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date.

· Creating 3D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks Manage.

· Creating 2D drawings of building elements such as walls, columns, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical fixtures, etc. using architectural or engineering software packages.

· Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers.

· Using specialized computer applications to create virtual models of buildings and other structures.

· To check the design specification, prepare complete design & shop drawings as per standards, codes and site requirements for services Layouts and section details as per approved standard.

· Keeping a full and systematic record of all the files and updating the same.

· Prepare Coordination drawings, composite layouts for Architectural, Structural and other Services.

· Reducing and enlargement of drawing, perspective projection.

· Creation and editing of drawings & sketches in compliance with CAD. Standards and detailing practices.

· Produce accurate and timely delivery of CAD drawings.

· Generate sections / schedules / schematics from schematic drawings.

· Develop expertise and stay abreast of developments in relevant technical field.

· Identify improvements (where possible) to enhance Company service to client.

· Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.

· Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required.

· Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD software (version 2000-2023) Including X-Refs, Lisp, Blocks, Layers, Model Space & Paper Space, Viewports, Pen Setting files and all AutoCAD utilities.

· Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
