Responsibility:

• Study of Project construction Drawings • Raise RFI’s • Prepare Proposal drawings by co-ordination with project Drawings. • For Awarded projects Creation of Basic drawings like Foundation Layout, Precast Arrangement layout, Dowel Layout, Bracing Layout, Hollow core Layout, Elevation & Sections using architect drawings, Structural Design, Surveyor Report & MEP Design • Detailing Foundation, Solid Slabs, Wall panels, columns, Beams & Staircases, Hollow core slabs & boundary wall Footings also Boundary wall panels • To Co-ordinate with project engineer/technical engineer for the requirement, design and specification of the project products. • To Co-ordination with Outsourcing Detailers • To Co-ordination with MEP team • Preparation of precast production Shop drawings • Checking on all Shop Drawings before Issued to Production team • To Co-ordination with Factory Planning, Production, QC & Logistics Department • Providing Rectification for Production & erection issues • Detailing and create shop drawings for custom Cast-in Plates • Prepare Rebar Detailing for RCC structures. • On site visit clarification of levels and coordination points.

Designation - Structure Precast & Rebar detailing :

Responsibility:

• Study and understand all structural/reference models/contractual documents to learn the project scope and requirements.

• Coordinating with Main Contractor for Missing/Additional Details and issuing RFI’s.

• Identify all potential areas of concern to Structural engineer so they may be addressed and resolved quickly.

• Planning and scheduling for the Projects.

• Creating structural & miscellaneous 3D models (Columns, Beams. Insulated panels, Solid Slabs, stairs, and hollow core slabs) using AutoCAD based on client architectural drawings and precast standards.

• Creating connection details.

• Creating general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD drawings based on client requirement.

• Creating shop drawings and bar bending schedules ready for production

• Coordinating with MEP contractors for MEP Assignments to be carried out in precast.

• Preparing connections and reinforcement details based on industry standards and project requirement.

• Assisting Production and Erection team and clarify their queries.

• Assisting and guiding the Junior level detailers with Precast and drafting Standards.
