• Managing challenges, issues and unforeseen circumstances related to crew to ensure on time performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring crew legality compliance by monitoring the flights and addressing any legality issue to prevent operational disruptions.
• Protect all SAUDIA flights with qualified and legal crew at the lowest cost.
• Working on daily reports in Supporting Performance Monitoring section.

• Working on building pairings and create lines for cabin crew members fairly and evenly at the lowest cost.
• Developing effective solutions to optimize crew allocation while considering legal and operational constraints.
• Manage manpower to protect SAUDIA scheduled flights efficiently
