• gathering any required information for building up or updating the programmes (baseline or revised or client revisions) or for applying budget changes, modifications, rectification or corrective actions.
• Identify the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity list.
• Identify the main logic sequence and interrelationship between the programme activities using Primavera and/or MS Project.
•Contribute in reviewing the Biweekly Reports of the projects assigned to him/her and present the findings to the Section Head.
•Provide, to the project manager and Section Head, on
biweekly basis, remarks on actual and anticipated variance in time, showing the reasons, and proposes a corrective action to overcome such variance.
• Expedite PMs to apply any required corrective actions related to the completion dates.
• Participate in preparing, reviewing, and assessing the time extension claims and/or counterclaims.
• Send cost centers for supervision projects to the Construction Business Unit.
• Review and evaluate the tenderers’ construction time schedules.
• Review and evaluate the contractors’ time schedules.
• Prepare and establish engineering, procurement, and construction programmes, as needed.
