- Project lead at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd, Mumbai
- Performed heat load calculations for designated areas
- Approved soft drawings and technical data sheets from HVAC consultancy, architect, and client
- Created a sample board that displayed all the materials for installation on-site
- Procurement of materials and equipment according to site conditions and client specifications
- Submitted daily and weekly work progress reports to PMC
- Submitted VRF pre-commissioning checklist to authorized Air conditioning manufacturer
- Ensured timely sign-off of measurements, service inspection checklist, testing & commissioning reports from PMC and client
- Preparation of final measurements & handing over documents
- The following tasks were being executed under supervision:
- Line marking of the copper pipe, duct, drainpipe laying route, followed by the installation of support at every 4 feet distance
- The project involved the installation of VTS Make TFA with various capacity, including 1200 CFM, 4200 CFM, and 5000 CFM, as well as a TFA duct with 13mm thermal insulation
- VCD and motorized fire dampers, air flow regulators, flexible ducts, plenum boxes, disc valves, grilles & diffusers were installed on each floor
- Inline, cabinet, and smoke exhaust fans (125 cfm to 800 cfm) were also installed, equipped with electricals panels
- VRF top flow O.D.U systems were installed in A Wing (206 H.P) and B Wing (228 H.P), along with I.D.Us
- Energy meters were also installed for each O.D.U
- All HVAC systems were Integrated to BMS for 24 HR manual/automatic operations
- Commissioning and testing of all the HVAC systems
- Air balancing in disc valve, grilles & diffusers
