Our current project being built is ‘The Avenues Mall’ in the coastal city of Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project covers an area of 200,000 sqm and has a total cost of 3.7 billion Saudi Riyals which is to be constructed within the upcoming 3 years as an RPD contracting project. Our role in this project will be heading as the main contractor, with my position within as the Project Director | Contractor's Representative. Given our previous experience, and similarly completed projects such as phase 4 and 4B of The Avenues Kuwait which include two 4 & 5 star hotels being the Hilton Garden Inn & Waldorf Astoria hotels within the mall, we will surely bring our best expertise and knowledge to make this a one of a kind project just like our previously completed works.

• 2014 - Till Present: Project Director / Contractor’s Representative.
• Current Project: Avenues Phase 4, Phase 4B, Garden Inn Hotel and Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Scope involves; Design and construction, detailed engineering, procurement and supply of materials, construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning in the following disciplines civil and structural, electromechanical, including state of the art architectural design, which includes several Cinemas. Total Project Value is 280 Million Kuwaiti Dinars.
• 1. Avenues Phase 4 The Avenues – Phase 4 is a state of the art iconic high-quality shopping mall, (an extension to the Grand Avenues, Prestige plus to the former Arcades, Electra, Grand Plaza, Hotel(s), The Gardens (Food and Beverage Outlets) with adjoining to the already constructed & operational phases 1, 2 & 3. It is expected to meet all the international standards of architecture and engineering practices and conforms to the local regulations and is in line with the company requirements of design goals, quality, time and cost.
• 2. Hilton Garden Inn Located adjacent to the Avenues Mall, Hilton Garden Inn provides accommodations with a restaurant, private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace.
• 3. Waldorf Astoria Hotel The Waldorf Astoria hotel is a five-star luxury business and leisure hotel located on the south side of the Avenues mall overlooking the fifth ring road and connected to the Avenues mall through prestige district. Pace has been commissioned to oversee the design and construction of the 200 key hotel offering special rooms, one and two-bedroom suites and furnished apartments with kitchenette for a short and long stay. In addition to a grand ballroom area of 1,000sqm instead of 650sqm for better facilities.

• Scope involves; Process, design, detailed engineering, procurement and supply of materials, construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning in the following disciplines civil and structural, piping and Electromechanical. Total Project Value is 72 Million Kuwaiti Dinars.

• Installation of smokeless flares at different GCs and Installation of liquid separator on WK exports gas line. An EPC contract with M/s Kuwait Oil Company for the installation of new Smokeless flares in GC’s 17,27,28 & BS -170 for a total of 9 flares, related pipelines of maximum 56” Dia, Installation of FFG, DCS modification Construction of new liquid separator plant to remove the liquid hydro Carbon from 24” WK export gas line to Mina Ahmadi Refinery. Total Project Value is 11.5 Million Kuwaiti Dinars.

• Enhancing the estimating department information in relation to the management and productivity on-site; such as production, planning, construction method and logistics etc...

• The construction of a new car park and underground tunnel for the Public Institution for Social Security Headquarters’ building.
• Al-Seif Hospital and Multi-storey Car park Project– civil and finishes work. Handled all the management of this V.I.P. private hospital which was composed of 21 floors located at the Gulf road region in Kuwait city, with an area of around 58,000 square meters and the capacity of holding 265 V.I.P. beds.
• New and Prestigious Headquarters building – Public Institution for Social Security Total cost was around USD 60,000,000.
• Responsible for the Project Management of a 26-storey tower rising to a height of 126 meters. With an area of 60,000 m² establishing the presence of the PIFSS Headquarters on the skyline of Kuwait.
• The project design for the new headquarters building of the Public Institution for Social Security was intended to symbolize the importance of this government agency in the Kuwaiti society, by establishing its presence, expressing its sense of dignity, permanence and celebrating its existing life role in the country.

• As a member of the management team for the construction of the prestigious Arabian Petroleum Investment Corporation Head office Building (APICORP). It was my duty to implement daily management to achieve the Contractor’s vision in executing a prestigious and unique building.
• The project's total cost of SR 124,510,000 million included a three-story building for offices with an underground floor serving as a parking area in addition to a plant room, storeroom and workshops. The building is approximately 110m x 220mm with unique features in terms of structural, architectural, electrical & mechanical viewpoints. The distinctive feature of the building was that it relied on an environmental system with a self-sufficient and high-tech mechanism to regulate the electrical power and water consumption.

• Experience covers the aforementioned functions of major projects in the Kingdom such as:
• - Construction and furnishing of Al-Andalus Tower Hotels in Makkah. Total project cost of SR 32,578,000 million
• - Construction of government and private educational building institutions Total project cost of SR 107,697,000 million
• - Construction of Naim Hospital in Hoffouf, Al-Hassa.
• - Construction of diversified projects for the Ministry of Telecommunications and as well as renovation works.

• Managed company projects including:
• - Constructed Saudi factory for plastic with total cost of SR 5,500,000.
• - Oversaw construction and renovation of girl schools in Al-Hassa.
• - Directed construction of National Guard’s advanced joint league ammunition No.1 in Riyadh with total cost of SR 62,800,000.
