• Transformation from mechanical cleaning to the implementation of the chemical cleaning system, 02/2023, The initiative was successful due to the management of a team to carry out a comprehensive by-design process to assess the transformation from mechanical cleaning to the implementation of the chemical cleaning system. This initiative has resulted in a recurring opportunity for improvement and cost savings of over 2.5 million Saudi Riyals per year.
• Cost Optimization in Procurement & Contract Services Identified rising refurbishment costs in Ethylene Cold Side Strainers and led a procurement-driven initiative to optimize maintenance contracts. Implemented internal gasket installation and extended PM intervals from 1 month to 5-6 months, reducing costs by $160K+ and achieving $593 in daily savings while improving equipment reliability.
