As a Business Analyst under the retail banking division, I collaborate with product owners on new products, and enhancements to existing products. I am responsible for writing stories, BRDs, and contacting stakeholders.

• As a Business Analyst, I'm responsible for understanding the requirements from business, providing my insight/suggestions, gathering and analyzing the aforementioned requirements, determining whether or not the data is available, and moving the request to our delivery team for automation and deployment after writing the necessary documents.
• Delivered over 70 solutions.
• Helped create brand new Jira workflows to help facilitate new kinds of services that the data department was offering.
