* participate in establishment of department of haematology .

* construct the haematology .curriculum (theory and practical ).

* participate actively in all the scientific and departmental committees.

*Teach an average of 300 undergraduate students the theoretical lectures, Related to hematology (red cell disorders, white cell disorders, coagulation hemostasis and immunohematology and advanced blood banking).

*conduct the exam and Grade assignments, and another student work

*Evaluate student performance and provide appropriate feed back .

*supervised the students researches on specific areas of focus related to hematology.

*Participate actively in all the scientific and departmental committees.

*Process an average of 30 patient samples per day, while consistently maintaining a high accuracy rate in proper labeling and patient identification.

*Conducting and interpreting a high-volume number of haematology Tests (CBC-blood film morphology-coagulation profile-ESR and other routine clinical chemistry test )using specialized equipment and techniques in one of the largest health facilities in the Khartoum State.

*Maintaining a 98% compliance rate with quality control protocols, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and meeting or exceeding the Ministry of Health's quality standards.

*Taught an average of 300 undergraduate students the practical and lab sessions.

*Taught 5 lab sessions of hematology and Immunohematology.

*conducted the practical exam and grade the practical sessions

* Testing for blood group antigens, compatibility and antibody identification test .

*Investigating abnormalities such as hemolytic diseases of the newborn, hemolytic anemias and adverse reactions to transfusion

*Performing blood collection and processing, including selecting donors, collecting blood, typing blood and molecular testing

*Performing viral marker testing to ensure patient safety

*Managing patient blood,and seperate blood components.
