Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 BI developers, analysts, and engineers
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define BI strategies, data analytics requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and enforce data governance practices.
