My Tasks is :
1-inspection for all mechanical activity such as(plumbing system-firefighting system-HVAC system-LPG system),
2-Review drawing& revised time schedule and review project letters
3-Follow-up delivery of services to the site and the authorities related to the project
4-Follow up testing& commissioning activities .
5-Preparing various reports for the high management and the status of financial flows for the main contractor and subcontractors.

6-Applied effective time management techniques to meet tight deadlines.

7-Gained strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish.

8-coordinate with municipality For delivered water supply , drain line and rainwater connection

I was working as owner representative& consultants on construction department.

Project: DAR Al Mashaer. A residential project in Makkah nestled near Al
Haram and comprised of 7 towers housing 314 elegant apartments and 6penthouses dubbed ‘Sky Villa’ units.

My Tasks is:

1-Reviewing project specifications: Before preparing a BOQ, I reviewed the project specifications to ensure that I had a complete understanding of the project requirements. This included identifying the specific materials and equipment needed, as well as any quality or performance standards that needed to be met. 2-implementing corrective actions: If any quality issues were identified during inspections, I worked with the contractors to implement corrective actions to address the issues. This included identifying the root cause of the issue and developing a plan to address it.

3-Leadership and mentorship: As a senior member of the team, I provided leadership and mentorship to junior team members. This included providing guidance on project management, technical issues, and other areas of expertise. I also worked to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

My Tasks is:

1- Responsible for Installation HVAC system such as chillers, Duct ,Duct ,DX unit and Package unit

2-Responsible for Installation for smoke system such as duct Motorize dampers ,smoke fans and exhaust fans

3- Site Supervision for all Mechanical system such as FireFighting,Irrigation system, Medical Gas System, Gas System, BoilerSystem & Fuel Oil System& STB

4-Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities

5-Documenting project progress: To ensure that project progress was properly tracked, I maintained detailed records of all activities related to mechanical systems installation. This included tracking the status of equipment installation, any issues that had arisen, and the status of testing and commissioning activities.

1-Visited construction sites daily to evaluate work quality

4-Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities and monitored progress.

5-Applied mechanical problem solving skills to develop creative solutions for quality products.

My Tasks is:

1- Perform and assist in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine root causes

2-Assist in planning maintenance activities, including weekend work

3-Responsible to protect own health and safety by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures .
