In my entry-level position, I supported my team by obtaining additional quotations from both new and existing suppliers. I proactively contacted suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and gather necessary product details.

My daily tasks included:

• Receiving Purchase Request Forms (PRFs) from Different departments.
• Sending Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers.
• Creating comparison sheets in Excel.
• Selecting suppliers.
• Generating Purchase Orders (POs) in the Oracle system.
• Receiving Proforma Invoices (PIs) from suppliers.
• Preparing Payment Requests (PRs).
• After processing payment transfers, I communicate with suppliers to ensure that records were kept up-to-date until the materials were received.
