Key responsibilities
• Develop and deploy category growth strategy at channel/customer level by understanding the dynamics of the customers/channels and analyzing the growth cells or low margin cells, working closely with brand, consumer market insight and shopper marketing teams.
• Category P&L top line target delivery through sales target building, tracking, and trade investments management on a category/channel/customer level.
• Bottom-up FC building for the category by channel/customer.
• Responsible for category tactics (i.e. Promo price, free weight, co-packs, assortment, pricing), fully analyzing the competitor’s tactics, developing action plans and promo strategy to deliver best value mix.
• Responsible for the consumer price promotion and co-pack budget’s planning and implementation.
• Trade perfect execution assurance for the category (i.e. on shelf availability, share of shelf vs competition, flyer spots, in store visibility/displays, planograms and distribution).
