Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Managing Termination Process.
2. Enter personnel data to HRIS and keep update; enter data for new hires to the databases.
3. Answer HR related queries and address employee needs correctly.
4. Provide helpdesk support to all staff in terms of interpreting company policies and practices.
5. Prepare acknowledgment letter for the employees and archiving systematically.
6. Monitor attendance records of all staff and initiate actions as per HR Policy.
7. Provide HR reports and data management.
8. Managing all medical insurance related process by ensuring that all additions and cancellations are made in time.
9. Managing leave entry process by ensuring that all the leaves and absences are entered accurately in system.
10. Managing meal benefit process.
11. Managing daily time attendance system & Fingerprint.
12. Managing all GOSI related processes.
13. Taking active role for the implementation and improvement of new HR modules.
14. Contribute to the preparation of all the procedures regarding any payment and financial reporting systems and improve the joint processes that he involves.
15. Executing all HRIS projects which are assigned by HR Manager and Director.

2. Coordinates with insurance company’s the processing of accidents occurring to the vehicle fleet under his supervision.
3. Uploading all invoices and claims to the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department together on the Oracle system and following them up.
4. Issuing medical insurance for new employees and families.
5. Receiving requests to reset or forget the password for employees.
6. Plans and manages the documentary needs of the vehicle fleet under his supervision
7. Plans daily use and dispatching of company vehicles according to the needs and requests of internal client departments.
8. Provides proper follow-up of vehicle maintenance and repairs in line with the technical standards.
9. Reviewing invoices, car repair & maintenance.
10. Answering the requests coming from Line Manager regarding fringe benefits allocated to the company staff.
11. Managing and coordinating preparation of Admin Affairs’ annual budget.
12. Monthly checking the actualization versus budget.
13. Finding cost saving solutions regarding all admin affairs expenses.
14. Reviewing the permission form coming from Security Pass Supervisor.
