Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit (OB/GYN Unit)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for obstetric and gynecological patients, including assessment, medication administration, patient education, and continuous monitoring.
• Function as Team Leader and Charge Nurse when assigned
• Coordinate daily unit operations and patient flow within the Department.
• Conduct patient experience rounds and address patient concerns to improve satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, documentation standards, and quality indicators.
• Participate and Lead in quality improvement Project and patient safety programs.
• Lead shift huddles and support effective communication among multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform clinical audits and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Track and monitor unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of Care .
• Train, mentor, and support newly hired nursing staff.
