I am an enthusiastic and nurturing person who is very passionate about my job and will go over and above to ensure the children feel safe and secure and have a fun filled educational day everyday. One of my main interests is outdoor play as I believe this is one of the key tools for young children's learning. I thrive on seeing children take risks and challenge themselves in their outdoors space as it supports them to build on their resilience skills which supports them throughout their lives. I have just recently completed my outdoor leadership course and I would love to support others to develop this passion to.

- I worked as a Child Development Officer at Sandyford Nursery, based in the 3-5 room with 40 children based in the playroom

- I experienced working in all three rooms I worked with children from ages 5 month to 5 year old

- I originality started off at Nightingales as a practitioner but after a short time I was promoted to Team Leader
- I am a strong team player which lead me to become the Team Leader of a busy baby room and for some time in the 2-3 room

- I received a lot of training with nightingales such as curiosity, we are scientist, we are artists, nurturing children the theory practice and politics, the wonderful world of the two year old, paediatric first aid and more which I am confident to use to create the best environment for all children
