Ensure quality control compliance with project codes and specs.

Raise internal Nonconformance's and observation reports.

• My responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC systems, procedures, and plans at the project site.

Conduct inspections of incoming materials and on-site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

Coordinate with clients and consultants on all quality-related matters.

Prepare and maintain all QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, method statements, NCRs, and quality reports.

Oversee and verify material testing; review and approve related test reports.

Lead internal quality audits and ensure timely updates of all QA/QC records.

Identify, report, and assist in the resolution of non-conformance in collaboration with site teams.

Support the construction team in implementing and maintaining project quality and safety standards.

• Project description: marassi R2 the north coast located on the north coast including 22 residential building, roads, 4 swimming pools with related infrastructure and large land scape area.
• My responsibilities

Perform all daily works and materials inspection and tests.

Ensures activity at the site are performed as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with the consultant's representative for work inspections.

Responsible for Achieving the quality of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural.

• Project description: located on 5th settlement CFC including two commercial building with area 3500m2 for the building, with fast tracking construction process.
• My responsibilities

Responsible for execution, preparing and submit all construction works in the site for inspections civil &architectural.

Coordinating all construction works and subcontractors, prepare all required reports in my scope and supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with the technical specs.

Site civil engineer: carry out all civil works starting with pilling phase, up to perfecting upper roof passing by performing all concrete items step by step.

Site arch engineer: carry out all architectural items (block works-plaster-painting-ceramic-granite-epoxy-false ceiling- facade curtain wall and cladding).

• Project description: located on El sheikh Zayed Beverly Hills 6th of October city including two hotel style building with area 2000 m2 for the building, court area, club house, swimming pool, large land scape and precast fence surrounding the project
• My responsibilities

Responsible for performing civil works in the site, preparing it for inspections.

Coordinate between finishing and EMP sub-contractors, preparing required progress reports.

Taking corrective actions which is needed and Finding ways to prevent problems.
