• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure prompt collection of payments.
• Follow up with clients on overdue invoices via calls, emails, and messages such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, Halliburton, etc.
• Allocate incoming payments to the correct accounts and invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
• Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to the finance team.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Escalate unresolved debts to management and recommend legal action where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies and relevant legal or regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
•Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
•Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to appropriate accounts and invoices.
• Work with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputed invoices and escalate collection issues.
•Assist with month-end close by providing AR reports, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Participates in setting and implementation of the department's goals and objectives.
• Coordinates and assists in the daily office administrative support; as well as in all various administrative functions for Academic Affairs activities such as, residents & fellows evaluations, consultant system training, and all other related activities to ensure academic excellence and integrity, and compliance with the facility policies, standards and practices in collaboration with the Immediate Superior.
• Assists in updating and reviewing the departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence to By-laws, accreditation standards.
• Supports in interaction and coordination with all levels of management and departments to ensure smooth execution and full utilization of resources.
• Represent the organization with the Saudi commition for health specialists and other government entities.
•Communication with other hospitals for residents & fellows trainees.
• Assist departments for government accreditation.
