Its a Addiction and psychiatric hospital , Al amal hospital has 4 section inpatient and emergency and vip and clinic site . , each area has a specific job description for example in inpatient we have to help the patient to participate in activates , we have to instruct them about their hygiene , close monitoring , give them their medications , they have specific time to sleep and to get up , each day they have a routine tasks to do , in the clinic all we do we instruct the patient to physician clinic and some of the doctor they may ask to take a urine sample and blood also , in ER usually patient come to ER agitated and aggressive , they are not cooperative so immediately physician will order haloperidol and valium (IM INJECTION )and also we may restrain the patient and we need to take blood and urine sample for investigation , later if the physician decided to admit the patient then later we need to follow the admission process .
