Work for Landmark Group, the following tasks:

-Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects in membership department
successfully about: Product knowledge, Membership knowledge, CCHI regulations
knowledge, TW system (process of addition, deletion,
and correction requests).

- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management.

-Ensure that membership details and registrations conform to CCHI regulations.

• Following up day to day requests
• Issuing SME quotations, studying claims experience reports
• Managed central mailboxes and maintained underwriting account file information
• Presenting policy details to the client and signing the policy agreement
• Meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.

• Copying, scanning and storing documents.
• Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• Completed data entry projects, verified accuracy and assigned classifications to information.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

• Add, end or change employee’s insurance plans.
• Assist Manager with other duties as requested.
• Arranged supplies, documents and spaces for meetings.
• Drafted documents and reports for management review.

• Ensure that notifications for membership changes, amendments, deletions, etc, as requested by customers, sales team's agents or brokers are recorded on the system and allocated for processing
• Delegating tasks to team members
• Presenting problem solving solutions and ideas for innovation
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Confirm that all completed membership documentation and associated cards are satisfactorily transferred to Dispatch for delivery in accordance with target timeframes
• Refer Policies to the quotations section for premium reassessment in circumstances where current Policy terms do not immediately allow for the changes requested by the Customer
• Improve quality measures to achieve quality targets
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential

• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects in membership department successfully about: Product knowledge, Membership knowledge, CCHI regulations knowledge, Citrix system (process of addition, deletion, issuing new insurance cards and correction requests)
• Review all completed invoices, transactions, and official replies
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
