• Manage end-to-end administration of the MenaITech HRMS, including system setup, configuration, and policy alignment.
• Lead digital transformation of HR operations by automating manual processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing turnaround time.
• Integrate HRMS with key platforms such as attendance systems and Muqeem to improve operational accuracy.
• Train employees and managers on system usage and create user-friendly guides to support adoption and maximize utilization.
• Troubleshoot system issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with service providers to implement enhancements.
• Update and develop HR procedures to align with system capabilities.
• Administer the Performance Management System, including form setup, evaluation tracking, and generate reports.
• Optimize workflows, improve data reliability, and strengthen overall HR efficiency.

• Lead Employee Handbook updates to align with HR policies and regulations.
• Manage and process employee requests in the HR system, including leave, business trips, attendance, and benefits.
• Resolve employee inquiries and issues, ensuring clear understanding of HR policies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and integrate them into the HR system and Monitor employee self-assessments and managerial evaluations.
