Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage stakeholder change requests, from initial request submission to final approval and deployment.
- Lead one of the largest E-services projects in the Middle East region, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage all project aspects, including risks, issues, and resource allocation, within a complex matrix environment.
- Leverage strong expertise in project management tools, including MS Project and CarrotCut, to streamline project execution and tracking.
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports to senior management internally and to external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough risk management processes, including risk identification, analysis, and the application of response strategies, ensuring mitigation and updates to the project risk register on a regular basis.
