I believe I am a compassionate Early Childhood Educator with a passion for teaching and supporting young children in setting foundations for life-long success. I feel that I quickly develop rapport with children, families and colleagues through a friendly approach, patient demeanour and excellent communication skills. I am organised and reliable, with an exceptional work ethic and dedication to completing projects and tasks, being able to work both independently and in collaborative team settings.

This year I have shared the role of Assistant Director of our centre, and more recently have stepped into the role of Acting Director. I feel that I have displayed patience, understanding, quality leadership and problem solving skills, ensuring that all members of our team feel supported in their roles.

I am passionate about our industry and am eager and motivated to continue learning more. I am currently studying Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, which has helped immensely with taking on the Acting Director Role.
