Extensive experience dairy processing operation & equipment maintenance of process and filling line from SPX/APV, Gea, Tetra Pak, Serac, Gasti Combi, Primodan, Shuey. Strong aptitude in utility and facility maintenance from steam fire tube boilers and refrigeration system, Ammonia refrigeration, Glycol chiller, Water Chiller, Air chillers and water treatment, RO Plant. Extensive knowledge on animal feeds manufacturing and feed mill plant equipment maintenance in Van Aarsen and Ottevanger mills, Egg hatchery process and maintenance from Petersime, James way, chick master and Emka brands and water chillers from SKM, Petra, Zamil and Trane equipment’s. Ability to work under pressure and a good team player. Equipped with technical skills performing industrial equipment management-mechanical and electrical, Planning, budget and execution stage. Hands-on Maintenance Manager leads by example to motivate hardworking, responsive staff. Plans and prioritises well to achieve activity within set budgets and timeframes. Assesses productivity and quality standards to improve department performance.
