As chief of pediatric audiology department , I lead audiology and logistic team to embrace best-practice atmosphere, to convey a strategic direction in healthcare operation through integrating innovation and new technologies in healthcare.


As a clinical supervisor of two significant programs , I direct a multi-disciplinary team and interrelated projects and their budget to exceed international benchmarks via applying expertise, science, and novel research and to achieve successful, high-quality care and cost-effective enterprise.


As a director of Saudi diploma clinical program , I collaborate with the National Health Commission and Deanship of Postgraduate Medical Education to achieve an overall attainments and success that encourage a future transformation in healthcare in the region.
