• Assist in the mentoring and management of senior, intermediate and junior engineers
• Assist and review the work of intermediate and junior engineers
• Lead project teams in the development of geo-investigations, evaluation of geotechnical data, geo-structural analysis, design, evaluation and preparation of calculations and drawings and construction bid documents, preparation of feasibility studies for tunneling related projects including cost and schedule estimates
• Mentoring, training, career development and management of junior engineers
• Assist in the development and presentation of bid proposals to pursue contracts for underground projects including large diameter tunnels, micro-tunnels, and trenchless applications, as tunnel structural rehabilitation projects
• Lead project teams in the development of geotechnical investigations, interpretation of geotechnical data, structural analysis, design, evaluation and preparation of calculations and drawings
• Conducting Site visits, feasibility reports, Technical analysis for every project.
• Assisting all Site managers, in terms of technical, resources, manpower, for safe & timely Project
  Execution.
• Reviewing Project documents like Quality Control plan, Inspection & Test plan and Hydro test
  Procedure, etc.
• Represent Operation Dept. for Client & IIIrd Party inspection/ Audits etc.
• Maintain a tracking database by collecting the relevant technical data & information for Inspections
  / Calibration / Certification.
• Ensure proper Closeout of all NCR findings, investigate to identify Root Causes, prepare the Lesson
  Learnt to prevent re-occurrence & educate the team.
• Auditing & KPI: Plan & conduct regular and surveillance Internal & Vendors/ Sub-Contractors audits.
• Conducting engineering calculations for Pulling / Pushing force, Bore profile Drill Plan, Sheet piling
  Load analysis, etc.
• Complete Document Control for each project as per company & Client requirements.
• Attend Project Kick-off meeting with client for planning & resolve any outstanding issue.
• Dealing with vendors for fabrication work & equipment maintenance needs.
• Commercial Exposure: Contracts, Tendering & Vendor Qualification, analysis & Management.
• Assist General Manager in investment proposal & expansion plans.
• Coordinate closely with Project Estimation, Contracts, Safety, Quality and Purchase dept.
• Reviewing & approving Technical details of Purchase Order.
• Worked with KSA Clients like Saudi Aramco, Marafiq, SATORP, CAT, SWCC, SADAF and RoyalCommission, just to name few.

• Perform independent analysis and Quality Control of work done by others
• Provides technical expertise to Project Managers on technical issues
• Provides senior-level technical expertise on major projects and pursuits. Initial assignment will be in Dallas, TX

· Working under instructions of Project In-charge.

· Operator Herrenknecht tunneling boring machines (TBM) like AVN 600, AVN 800, AVN 1600, AVN 2400 & AVN 3000 in various soil conditions like sand, rock, clay, boulders, etc.

· Conducting daily maintenance check-up of TBM as per the checklist, prior to start and after finish.

· Working knowledge of equipment maintenance system for TBM, pumps, compressors, Laser systems, inter-jacks, separation plants, bentonite pumps, etc.

· Executed projects ranging from 20” OD to 126” OD, 40 to 250 meter length, up to 15 meter depth, in various soil conditions.

· Crew handled up to 20 persons.

· Maintain the Project documentation as per company’s ISO quality system.

· Suggest modification required for machine cutting head time-to-time to improve machine shelf life & production

· Calculating, maintaining, verifying amount of bentonite to be pumped as per changing soil condition.

· Worked with Qatar clients like Konstructor Engineering, Black Cat, RASGAS and Qatar Gas, just to name few.

· Preparing & Reviewing CAD as-built drawing for site construction.

· Coordinate with technical dept. for approving the design details.

· Preparing engineering package for shutdown or repair activities.

· Keeping a track of equipment maintenance & scheduling.

· Discussing with Operation & Quality team to resolve any outstanding design issues.

· Clarify queries related to design.

· Ensuring correct & controlled drawing used on site for construction.

Conducting random site surveillance audits for ensuring proper implementation.
