Technical Service & Maintenance Specialist – Volvo & Renault Trucks

• Perform Basic, Intermediate, and Annual Service on Volvo and Renault trucks, ensuring timely and effective maintenance.
• Conduct running repairs and general check-ups to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
• Execute ECU software updates and calibration to enhance truck functionality and efficiency.
• Perform wheel alignment to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity.
• Manage job card handling and ensure accurate system updates for service records and tracking.

• -Repair & Maintenance: Ensured all vehicle repairs and maintenance were carried out in strict accordance with manufacturer standard times and specifications, ensuring operational efficiency and quality.
• Technical Expertise: Specialized in Volvo engine, transmission, and vehicle electrical architecture, leveraging in-depth knowledge to perform complex diagnostics and repairs.
• General Mechanical & Technical Duties: Performed a wide range of duties, including dismantling, overhauling, inspecting, repairing, conducting quality checks, and testing of vehicles to meet operational and safety standards.
• New Product Development: Actively involved in the development and improvement of new products, providing valuable feedback on design and technical specifications.
• Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions: Analyzed failed parts and warranty components, working closely with suppliers to implement corrective actions, minimizing downtime and improving product reliability.
• Vendor & Purchase Management: Managed vendor relationships and handled local procurement for workshop requirements, ensuring timely availability of parts and resources.
• Warranty Management: Oversaw Pan India warranty management for RN supplied site operational safety kit parts, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Addressed and resolved both internal and external customer complaints, ensuring that service delivery met high standards and customer expectations.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintained accurate job cards, quality checklists, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
