a Contributing in MCS Sales Visions and Missions for 2023
b The readiness of Invoicing and delivering of 100M SAR
c Maintaining of the inventory stock level of two-month average sales
d Avoiding Stock Shortage of Consumable items especially the fast-moving items
e Providing suppliers quarterly sales order forecast (1 month committed order, 2 month-forecast order)
f Shipments Following up (ETD and ETA) and fast customs clearance
g Shipping documents is a subject of making sure that all documents are properly received prior the shipments arrivals
h GRPO all new arrivals goods should be posting into system within 24~48 hours upon arrival
i Stocks accuracy should be always matched physically versus SAP and 3PL records
j Restudying the warehouse costs and delivery chargeable and brokers fee’s
k Reducing the supply chain costs versus sales and monitoring inventory to sales ratio
2- Customer Centricity: (30%)
a Perfect Order (Invoicing, Delivery, Documentations)
b On-time delivery (within 24 hours as maximum since customer placing ordering time)
c In-full delivery (Sales deliveries made correctly, ie the right customer received the right package & Qty)
d Damage-free delivery (Delivering the goods in perfect conditions)
e Accurate documentation (Complete and accurate documents Invoice and Delivery Note, Signed & Stamped from MCS and from Customer side)
f Returns Reasons and finalizing the credit notes on time
g Remote Areas (Improving the sales orders delivery time for the remote areas)

Preparation of Sales Invoices & Delivery Notes to Customers’ (RIC-MCS) and to other subsidiaries
Coordinating with Account department on the issuance of Credit Notes
Preparation of Purchase Orders
Logistic Matters with DHL RUH-GTWY & Customs Officers
Working closely with the Maintenance department in areas related to Customers’ complaints, suppliers order for maintenance tools, etc…
Visiting RUH-GTWY on regular basis (2-3x per week in the afternoon)
Handling of export shipments (for both local & abroad) including all RMA’s
Receiving & dispatching of shipments (IN & OUT) with other subsidiaries
Preparing DOC against RMA
Staff requirements for all departmental such as stationary, office maintenance, etc
Inter-company correspondences
Handling of Office stationaries for all department and offices
Coordinating with sales team & drivers on daily deliveries
Coordination with DHL-SFDA-Customs
Coordination with Thimar Al Jazira Warehouse
Coordinating with Medica Customer Service Department & Demand Planner / Supply Chain
Support & coordinate with Administration and taking over the tasks of the Admin officer in the absences (eg preparing quotations, etc)
