  • Preparation of piping isometric drawing and BOM which was further reviewed and checked as per international code and standard
  • Preparing request for Quotations and evaluation of offers for piping material and preparing technical specifications for bid
  • Looking after activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installation and commissioning with site management activities and supervising a team of members for various types of jobs and resolving bottlenecks
  • Planning, supervision and monitoring the Erection, alignment and commissioning of all types of pipes which comes in SMS converter area
  • Preparation of piping isometric drawing, plot plan, P&ID, procurement of piping components and bills of materials, checking all the welding joints as per JIMS standard, making protocols of equipment as per customer specific documentation after erection and alignment

  • This is a petrochemical unit which includes 15lacs IM of all types of piping like ALLOY STEEL (P11,P22,P5),
  • CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, LTCS etc
  • The total cost of this unit is 800 crores
  • Time duration to complete the project is 2 years
  • My area of scope in this unit is 3lacs IM which includes ERERECTION,
  • ALIGNMENT, MECHANICAL CLEARANCE, HYDROTEST and BOX-UP
  • Planning, supervision and monitoring the Erection, alignment and commissioning of
  • TA-UNIT(TRANSALKYLATION) piping
  • Preparation of piping isometric drawing, plot plan, P&ID, procurement of piping components and bills of materials, checking all the welding joints as per JIMS standard
  • Internal Cleaning of spools is 100% required to start the plan without any failure
  • Responsible for Contractor Management which are more than 10
  • Also Labor Management which are 400 in numbers
  • Safety, Quality and Productivity is the main focus area to complete the JOB
  • Mechanical Clearance of TEST PACKS which are 230 in numbers completed with supporting and with quality
  • ALLOY STEEL pipes which requires STRESS
