  • Generated a pipeline of graduate students from our internship initiatives (around 30%) e.g. Saudi Summer Internship program (Prof Tareq AlNaffouri) and Microelectronics Camp (Prof Atif Shamim).
  • Recruit and mentor internship students through mid-term review and exit processes, for example - SSI and UESTC Winter Camp. UESTC is now the largest cohort of students from 1 university in CEMSE (34) (With Prof Xiaohang Li).
