• Optimized visiting students program in CEMSE with over 400 internship students attending.
• Intermediary for student workshops between faculty, accommodation, onboarding, admissions, entrepreneurship center, applicants, marketing agencies, facilities management, hospitality services and campus reprographics.
• Generated a pipeline of graduate students from our internship initiatives (around 30%) e.g. Saudi Summer Internship program (Prof Tareq AlNaffouri) and Microelectronics Camp (Prof Atif Shamim).

• Attend Faculty Admissions Committee meetings and help faculty to understand student profiles, highlighting strong candidates.

• Analyzed admissions data to make comparative studies to assess admissions landscape. For example, using Pivot tables in Excel to explain admissions data to faculty.
• Exceeded application turn-around times, since 2014. As a team we manage around 7000 graduate applications. I facilitated admissions for CEMSE, which received the highest number of applications at KAUST.
• Facilitating events for Internship Students such as the Undergraduate Poster Competition for WEP, trained first-aider and departmental photographer (Snorkeling Trips, Tours to Al-Balad, desert camps).
