As an Assistant Professor in the Visual Communication Department, I teach a variety of courses including Media and Design History, Media and Design Theories, Research Methods, Photography, and Web Design. I supervise students' thesis projects and serve as an advisor to selected students, ensuring they follow their study plans and progress smoothly through their academic journey. Additionally, I am the Head of the Examination Committee, responsible for overseeing all examination procedures and ensuring that departmental assessment processes run efficiently and according to standards. I also supervise the Photography Student Club, providing guidance and support to foster students' creative development and club activities.

As Chair of the Visual Communication Department at Dar Alhekmah University, I have successfully managed the faculty and overseen all departmental operations. My responsibilities included developing and managing the department’s budget, addressing and resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. I created comprehensive semester schedules for the Department Head and the Department Council, facilitating organized planning and execution of academic activities. Additionally, I regularly held meetings with the advisory committee to discuss program development, evaluate progress, and explore opportunities for continuous improvement, all aimed at enhancing the quality of education and fostering a dynamic learning environment.

• Lead and Manage the quality and curriculum development within the Visual Communication Department, including supervising the faculty course files submissions, monitor and approve quality of course syllabuses and exams, Complete and assure quality of accreditation documentation, review and update curriculum.
• Head of program curriculum committee, program quality committee, and program examination committee. Member in the school quality and curriculum committee, and in the initiatives & innovation committee.

• Taught undergrad modules in the Visual Communication department, Research and Writing for the Creative Arts module and Introduction to Digital Photography module. Advised students within the department.
• Member in the Visual Communication Program Council Committee.

• Teach undergrad modules in the Visual Communication program, including Research and Writing for the Creative Arts, Survey of World Art II, and co-supervised Capstone Thesis for the Motion Graphics Track.

• Supervised undergrad student's final major projects in the advertising and communication department.

• Lead and graded undergrad students in two seminar groups for the Introduction to Media Studies module.

• Supervised the Advertising and Communication department. Supervised and followed up course files completion, lead and supervised the students' advising process, and carried class observations and faculty evaluation within the department.

• Taught a variety of undergrad practical and theoretical modules in the Advertising and Communication department including: Industry Practice 1, Media Production 1, Media Production 2, Writing and Editing skills, Advanced Writing and Editing skills, Research & Information gathering, Introduction to Advertising. Supervised students on their major final projects.
