• Work with a recruiting agency to identify the skills and experience required for each executive position.
• Design and implement a structured onboarding program tailored to the unique needs of C-suite executives and managers.

Responsible for creation and implementation of HR initiatives and projects such as

• Redesign Orientation & Onboarding Process.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Wellbeing program.

• Responsible for attracting and hiring new talents, Diversify talent sourcing through multichannel candidate acquisition
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and Build the job profiles
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Conducted many CBI interviews
• Maintaining a track of recruiting metrics, for example; (time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Providing timely and efficient HR support to candidates to ensure exceptional positive employee experience

• Manage external full recruitment cycle for Sales & technicians.
