A. WORK SUMMARY: I have more than 20 years of work experience in the cement industry directly involved in the cement plant’s operation and maintenance. I have handled various positions during my career in the cement industry and the last held position was as Maintenance Manager of Holcim Philippines, Inc. I joined FLSmidth in 2013 as Service Manager and at the same time leading the company’s operation in Vietnam. My main task then was to develop FLSmidth’s aftermarket service business in Vietnam. My recent role at FLSmidth is Service Execution Manager for the company’s service business in South East Asia countries. While working for Holcim Philippines Inc., I gained extensive experiences on planning and managing capital expenditure projects and major repair activities. My leadership skills was likewise honed as head of Maintenance Department wherein the main task was to integrate the three (3) maintenance sections namely Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation Maintenance into a cross-functional team that supports the sustainable cement plant operation. Meanwhile, my stint at FLSmidth has further broaden my working experience on business development particularly on customer service, which makes me more affluent on both my technical and leadership skills.

- Integrating the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation groups into a cross-functional team that supports the sustainable cement plant operation
- Reduce maintenance cost and achieve the level of Holcim standards
- Responsible for operational maintenance budget of USD 1.3 million and capital expenditures of USD 2.2 million
- Spare parts inventory at warehouse is the lowest in Holcim Philippines, and is the benchmark for the company
