• Perform Survey for aircraft before contract of maintenance to define the scope of work, estimate the pricing and preparation of the proposal. Prepare Engineering Order for Customer (EOC) for maintenance, inspection, repair, modification / alteration, etc.) for several kind of aircraft models (B757, A340, A330, Gulfstream GIV, AWACS and Tanker B707, C-130, A320, etc.) to support activity during aircraft D check and C check / heavy maintenance / major alteration. Prepare Engineering Assistance Disposition (EAD) to provide response / as answer for Engineering Assistance Request (EAR) from technician / production. Meetings with customers (Royal Saudi Air Force, Royal Fleet, SAEI, vendors, etc.) and discussing the last updates on aviation industries. Manage project for manufacturing logo's for all RSAF squadron. Perform witnessing and calculate aircraft weight and balance. Evaluate the Airworthiness Directives (AD's) for their affectivity on the aircraft under AAI maintenance and prepare the EOC if applicable. Evaluate the Service Bulletins (SB's) for their affectivity on the aircraft under AAI maintenance and prepare the EOC if applicable. Review and evaluate the aircraft technical documentation / manuals such as IPC, AMM, STC, CMM, etc. Attended training for feasibility study, business plan, market analysis and finance analysis. Perform assessment of local manufacturing on sheet metal forming, machining, composites as well as foundry and casting process. Development of metal casting technology, to include sand casting, die casting and investment casting process and methodology. Research and development of marketing in casting based parts and components, especially its demand in Saudi Arabia to supply local industries. Review and perform assessment for opportunity and challenge on local manufacturing projects.
