I work in several places throughout this time:
From 2010 to 2013
in primary health care, I progressed through working in health center management, where I managed the Khalidiya Health Care Center in Riyadh for a year. After that, I worked in the central health sector in Riyadh for 4 years, where I worked in human resources, legal affairs, and continuing education management.
From 2013 to 2017
In Patient Rights and Relationships Today (Patient Experience) I worked for them for four years in the Continuing Education Department, Strategic Planning, and updating the organizational guide for the department. During this time, I had the opportunity to create the Citizen’s Voice program to receive complaints and suggestions from patients. After that, 937 was created and complaints were transferred by phone to make it easier for the patient. I also created a committee for the department to participate in the Hajj. The first participation in the department was based on my idea. During the period of work with them, I took several courses in ways of dealing with the patient and in training the recipients of complaints in receiving complaints.
From 2017 to 2018
In the General Administration of Hospitals, I joined them to help them develop strategic plans, manage risks, and establish an organizational structure for the department. I obtained a certificate from the Riyada Center for Leadership Training. In addition, I was assigned training and continuing education duties based on my previous experience.
From 2018 Until now
in Eye Health and Blindness Prevention Program, I joined the team that created the program from scratch, where I worked on all parts of the program, from preparing the organizational guide, strategic planning, and risk management for the program. We achieved several accomplishments during this period, as I worked with the team to declare the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia free of trachoma. The work on this accomplishment included collecting and analyzing data.
