Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and risk governance structure.
• Lead the identification and analysis of strategic, operational, legal, and compliance risks across departments.
• Maintain and update the corporate risk register and oversee the reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Facilitate risk assessments, workshops, and awareness sessions with sector leads and project teams.
• Provide risk insights to executive leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of the risk function with national risk governance models and government regulations.
• Oversee the development and periodic testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during crisis scenarios and recovery planning.
• Support audit readiness, ISO certification processes, and the Digital Government Authority’s Qiyas program.
• Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Procurement, HR, and IT to manage cross-functional risks.
• Prepare regular risk and continuity performance reports for the CEO and governance committees.
▪ Executes credit application reviews, including contracts financing, according to the processes and procedures of the Bank, in order to assess the credibility of the companies to undertake the loan.
▪ Reviews and approve individual credits according to the credit policy of the Bank.
▪ Provides the information, analysis and rational required for the justification of the credit proposals and limit for each reviews application.
▪ Reviews all the supporting documents of the credit application and communicates with the relevant business officers for the provision of more information and clarification, if required.
▪ Uses the provided tools and systems for the evaluation of the credit applications, so as to generate credit ratings for each application.
▪ Defines the creditability of each credit application and Calculate credit limits, collaterals, price structure and credit rates according to the credit policy, procedures and credit rating results, so as to support the protection of the Bank against
potential risks.
▪ Reviews the changes in the processes, procedures and regulatory status of credit review and applies these to the credit evaluations applications
▪ Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
